We are looking for a confident HR specialist to join our passionate business advisory team in Tayside. You will work closely with people at different stages of running their own businesses - from those at a pre-start stage who are exploring their future operating models; recently started businesses who are considering taking on their first employee; established businesses with a need to refresh their HR policies and practices and to fast growth businesses that are looking towards rapid expansion of their workforces.
In addition to having a background in HR, gained through professional qualification(s) and/or experience, you are required to design and deliver short training workshops and webinars that will help communicate HR best practices to the business community. This position suits a personable and methodical individual with great listening, organisational and administrative skills – does this sound like you?
With modern office locations in Dundee and Perth, we are flexible to which base you prefer. Your client portfolio will extend throughout the Perth, Dundee and Angus regions and so we consider that a driving licence and willingness to travel when required is an essential part of this role.
