How much do you know about your nutrition? In this session, you will learn how you can optimise your mind and body which will lead you to thrive more in your business. Topics will cover a basic baseline of nutrition, macros, calories and hydration, health over IIFYM (if it fits your macros), you are what you eat, establishing your boundaries and forgotten implicating factors and how these can affect your nutrition and health.
