Improving Productivity and Culture in your Business using a Lean Approach
The Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service (SMAS) Team are pleased to invite you to an interactive lean workshop event to help identify and reduce activity that does not add value to the business.
This event will be hosted at Elevator, The Hub, Exploration Drive, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen Energy Park, Aberdeen, AB23 8GX on Monday 26 February 2018 from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm.

In order to maintain or enhance their competitive edge, business owners must continually adapt to improve culture, productivity and profitability of the business. This workshop focuses on adding value through applying lean techniques to improve quality, cost, delivery and performance. In the long term, this will increase capacity and help to develop a continuous improvement culture.
