Elevator is on a mission to create a culture of entrepreneurship, from primary school onwards.

YES

We are committed to nurturing the entrepreneurial leaders of our future.

Through an alliance with enterprise education charity Young Enterprise Scotland we successfully introduced our 'Ladder of Enterprise' to offer an uninterrupted pathway for entrepreneurial young people.

The model introduces levels of support at primary school right through to college and when young people first step out of the education system.

In addition, we deliver workshops to primary and secondary schools covering all the smarts and skills that modern business life demands: leadership, teamwork, branding, knowing your customer, entrepreneurial skills, marketing, advertising, market research, finance and innovation.

Elevator also delivers similar leadership and communication workshops to a broad spectrum of schools, colleges and universities. Our tailored events range from 30-minute sessions for up to 10 students to full-day workshops involving up to 200 students at a time.

By encouraging successful learners, confident individuals and effective contributors we are working to strengthen the Scottish economy through much increased entrepreneurial activity and more start-up businesses.
